It's been one of those days for me. After Jake's birthday "party" last night and staying up until 2 in the morning, I felt exhausted today. However, I as usual vacuumed and cleaned a bathroom, helped my dad rake the yard of the dead grass, and working strenuously on my portfolio.
I didn't want to do all those things, most certainly not the portfolio, but I did it. It might be just me, but when I get a bunch of work done (not including school) I feel really awesome. And then I can hear Jake in the background playing through our new song, Where Have You Gone (has yet to be recorded). On top of that, I just got 40$ for watching a dog which I'm putting towards a Les Paul Electric Guitar.
Just one of those awesome/feel like your on top of the world moments.

Yeah work is kinda paradoxicle (if thats even a word) like that. Its not...fun...while you're doing it. But it makes you feel good when you're done and you know you've accomplished something.
